Voting Opens June 13th

Dear Members,

 

The time has come for you, our Members, to vote on the future of the Club. We hope over the past five weeks you have taken the time to review the details of Hollyburn’s revitalization plan, Renew ’22. This is an exciting opportunity and we encourage all Members to get involved and all eligible voting Members to exercise their right to vote.

Please take a moment to remind yourself of the following critical milestones:

 

VOTING – STARTS MONDAY!

All eligible voting Members will receive an email directly from Simply Voting on Monday, June 13 at 8am with a secure link to vote on Renew ’22. The voting window will close just before the conclusion of the Club’s Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2022. FINAL MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Our fourth and final Renew ’22 Member Engagement Session (MES) will be held on June 13 at 7pm in-person (Creekside Room) and online via Zoom – Click hereto join MES on Monday. Members who need more information prior to casting their vote are encouraged to attend. Child care for parents interested in attending MES is available can be arranged through Sami

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hollyburn’s AGM is being held on June 20 at 7pm in Creekside and online via Zoom Webinar. Meeting resources can also be found on Hollyburn’s website. To help us prepare for the AGM, please email any questions or concerns you would like addressed to board@hollyburn.org.
