Upcoming Detours & Facility Changes
We are excited to begin construction on Renew ’22 Phase II (Food & Beverage) early January 2024!
In preparation for construction to commence on January 3, the Hollyburn team has been hard at work outfitting temporary spaces to provide the best possible Member experience throughout the anticipated 18-month construction window.
During this period of renovation, certain areas of the Club may be temporarily inaccessible, and alternative routes or detours may be in place. We have planned these detours carefully to ensure minimal disruption to your activities. Please familiarize yourself with the upcoming changes and detours outlined below:

CLUB ACCESS & PARKING
Main & Sports Entrances
Closed as of January 3. Alternate access open, including East Entrance. Large Ice access is also available through West Lot.
Member Services
Temporary Member Services opens in North Entrance on January 3.
East Entrance
The new East Entrance from the Main Lot will open along with the Kids Centre on December 18.
Pool Changeroom Hallway
Closed as of January 3. Pool & Changeroom access through exterior south door of Aquatics Centre.
Parking
All parking lots will remain open; however parking spots in front of courts 13-14 will be closed to accommodate the construction offices and vehicles. A drop-off roundabout and additional accessible parking spaces will be added to the Main Member lot. Any additional parking lot closures or interruptions will be communicated in advance to Members via email or push notification. Please ensure you leave ample time to get to your activities.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bar & Grill
Closed as of December 23.
Temporary Restaurant "Intermission" opens January 7 in Club Lounge, from 3pm to 11pm daily.
Bistro 950
Closed as of December 18.
Temporary "Bistro Lite" opens December 27 in the space next to the Sports Boutique, from 8am to 8pm daily.
SAFETY
Member safety is of top priority as we enter construction. Members are asked to be respectful of closures, do not enter anywhere marked as a construction area and to use caution while onsite. Any safety concerns should immediately be brought to Management's attention by calling Security, using the "You Speak, We Listen" feature on the App or by emailing Management.
